1 General Terms

35dg ("we", "our", or "platform") is an online gaming platform that provides live casino, slot games, fishing games, bingo, and cricket betting services for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 35dg and the user ("you" or "user").

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳20,000 worth of bets before making a withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• An account may not claim the same promotion more than once
• Winnings earned by playing with a bonus balance will be treated as cash
• If a bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirement is met, any associated winnings will be forfeited
• 35dg reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

5.4 VIP Program

35dg's VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; Platinum — up to 1.2%. Advancement to higher tiers depends on your gaming activity. VIP benefits are subject to change and 35dg reserves the right to modify them at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Exploiting system or game errors

6.3 Technical Errors
